Banish those “bat wings” for good!

Ladies, want to rock that t-shirt or tank next summer & not feel self conscious about your arms?  I hear all too often from ladies not comfortable wearing tank tops because of how they feel about their arms & loose skin. So today, I’m giving you a quick & effective workout to banish those “batwings” & start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks!

All you need is a set of hand weights & bench (can substitute coffee table as well!)

Do each exercise 12-15 reps for 3 sets!

  1. Overhead Extensions

  2. Bent over kickbacks

  3. Lying Tricep Extensions

  4. Lying DB Bench Press

  5. Tricep Dips
